September 2026 or by arrangement a Work Integration Specialist with Case Management 80 % ## Your role ### In this responsible function, you will take over the case management for clients of the Invalidenversicherung and actively shape their integration process. You coordinate and accompany the various integration measures and ensure effective networking of all those involved. Together with an interdisciplinary team, you develop sustainable perspectives and ensure goal-oriented communication. You conduct coordination and closing interviews, write meaningful reports, and contribute your professional assessment to the process. In addition, you supervise or accompany the clients in practical and creative activities and promote their personal and professional resources.
