We are looking for a committed professional to ensure the coordination and monitoring of construction sites, in close connection with teams and partner companies Construction Manager 100% CDI (M/F/D) Responsibilities • Ensure the management and monitoring of construction sites, from preparation to the acceptance of works • Prepare tenders, analyze offers, and establish comparisons • Plan and coordinate the interventions of companies and different trades • Ensure compliance with costs, deadlines, quality of execution, and current standards • Organize site meetings and write minutes • Maintain trusting relationships with mandatories, companies, and partners • Guarantee effective communication with all project stakeholders Profile • Training as a Construction Manager or training deemed equivalent • Confirmed experience of at least 3 years in tenders and site monitoring • German native speaker with good knowledge of French (level B1-B2) • Organized person, autonomous and endowed with an excellent sense of responsibility • Team spirit, interpersonal ease, and ability to manage several projects simultaneously Benefits • A stable position within a dynamic architecture firm located in central Valais • Varied projects with construction sites mainly located in Haut-Valais • A collaborative work environment offering autonomy and responsibilities • Start date: to be agreed Contact information Please apply directly online.
