Deputy Head of Production Department

We are an expanding, dynamic mechanical engineering company in the Canton of Uri. The mobile crushing and screening plants of the brand GIPO, manufactured in Seedorf, are sold worldwide. To support the New Plants/Production area, we are looking for a communicative and organizationally strong personality for the position of: Deputy Head of Production Department 80-100% (m/f/d) ## Your tasks ### In this position, you are the right hand of the Head of Production Department. You support him in the planning and control of the plants across the entire value chain and thus contribute to the success of the 140-person team. In addition, you participate in the monitoring of production processes as well as the continuous optimization of processes. In cases of absence, you represent the Head of Production Department and also take over the leadership of meetings as well as communication with the various departments. After an initial induction phase, the tasks will be defined together so that both the Head of Production Department and the deputy have their own areas of responsibility for which they assume full responsibility.
