Your tasks: • Responsibility for ongoing maintenance and care of buildings and outdoor facilities • Carrying out cleaning work in offices, sanitary facilities, kitchens and other operational rooms • Control and ensuring order, cleanliness and a well-maintained appearance across the entire site • Care of employee catering (coffee, fruit, water dispensers) as well as issuing work clothes to new employees • Administration and maintenance of the access system including badge creation and access authorizations • Coordination and monitoring of external service providers and crafts businesses • Minor repair and maintenance work in the interior and exterior areas Your profile: • Basic training in a trade or several years of experience in the field of janitorial services, building technology, facility management or cleaning • Technical understanding and practical approach to work • Independent, reliable and responsible personality • Organizational talent and structured approach to work • High service orientation and friendly demeanor • Physical resilience and flexibility • Good German language skills (at least level B2) • Basic knowledge of common MS-Office applications We offer: • Varied and responsible activities • Independent work with diverse tasks • Modern working tools and a pleasant working environment • Attractive employment conditions • Try and Hire
