Heating Project Manager 80-100% Mission: Plan, organize, coordinate, and supervise heating projects, primarily within the framework of energy retrofits and the replacement of existing installations with heat pumps. Ensure the preparation and proper execution of construction sites in compliance with deadlines, quality, costs, and safety requirements. Coordinate human resources, material resources, and various stakeholders (technical-sales, technical office, suppliers, subcontractors, and assembly teams) to guarantee the smooth running of projects. Ensure the administrative management and financial monitoring of construction sites (reports, measurements, service vouchers, cost control, technical documentation, etc.). Be the reference interlocutor for clients, architects, agencies, project owners, and partners throughout the entire realization phase. Provide technical expertise in the fields of heat pumps, heat distribution systems, and modern energy solutions, by proposing solutions adapted to renovation constraints. Participate in the training, supervision, and skill development of employees and apprentices. Contribute to the continuous improvement of working methods and ensure the application of standards as well as compliance with health and safety rules. Profile: CFC heating installer or deemed equivalent training, higher education (federal certificate of project manager, foreman, or equivalent training) constitutes an asset. Proven experience in the management and leadership of heating construction sites, ideally in the field of heat pumps and energy retrofitting. Solid technical knowledge of modern heating systems, in particular heat pumps and their integration into existing buildings. Ease in the financial monitoring of construction sites and resource management. Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously and to manage priorities with efficiency. Natural leadership, sense of responsibility, and ability to unite teams around common objectives. Customer orientation, excellent interpersonal skills, and a taste for sustainable technical solutions. Sensitivity to the challenges of the energy transition and a marked interest in new heating technologies. Proficiency in standard IT tools. Driving license indispensable.
