Polymechanic Prototypist - CNC Milling (M/F/D) Your mission At the heart of new product development, you will realize prototypes and high-precision tooling, often unique, in an environment where quality, precision, and innovation are essential. Your main responsibilities • Realize prototypes and complex parts with micron precision requirements • Program, set up, and operate CNC machines (mainly a milling machine) as well as conventional machines. • Define machining strategies, tools, and cutting parameters adapted to the parts to be produced. • Perform the necessary dimensional checks and guarantee the conformity of the produced parts. • Analyze drawings, identify technical constraints, and propose suitable manufacturing solutions. • Collaborate closely with R&D engineers in order to transform concepts into functional prototypes. Your profile • CFC in polymechanics, precision mechanics, or training deemed equivalent. • Proven experience of several years in prototyping, tooling, or the manufacturing of unique high-precision parts. • Excellent mastery of CNC milling and very good ability to read and interpret technical drawings. • Mastery of dimensional control methods and ability to produce complex parts with a high level of autonomy. • Mastery of CAM programming, ideally GibbsCAM, as well as knowledge in turning, grinding, or wire EDM constitute advantages. • Rigor, precision, analytical mind, and a marked interest in technical challenges and the development of new solutions. • You master French orally and are able to understand the technical documentation related to your activity.
