The gastronomy division of Sternwarte Betriebe includes the Brasserie LIPP with banquet rooms, the JULES VERNE panorama bar under the observatory of the city of Zürich, as well as THE LION PUB in the center of Zürich. The restaurant concept is based on classic brasserie cuisine with an emphasis on fish, seafood, and oysters. To complement the restaurant, the bar and the pub each offer an independent and attractive alternative. We are looking for a motivated personality starting from 01.
