We produce high-quality fruit and vegetable powders at the Bischofszell and Burgdorf locations, which are sold worldwide. For our location in Bischofszell, we are looking for a committed and reliable personality as a Production Worker Mixing and Filling Plants (m/f/d). In this versatile role, you will operate, monitor, and clean our production plants and contribute significantly to the manufacture of high-quality fruit and vegetable powders. Your Tasks • Operation, monitoring, and cleaning of mixing, filling, and auxiliary plants in compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety specifications • Monitoring of critical control points (CCPs) as well as initiation of defined measures in case of deviations • Implementation of in-process controls (IPC) and seamless documentation of production processes • Provision as well as storage and retrieval of packaging materials • Recognition, reporting, and documentation of plant malfunctions, defects, and process deviations • Support with sampling as well as with cleaning and maintenance work • Active participation in the production process and close cooperation with the production team Your Profile • Completed vocational training as well as technical understanding and enjoyment of working with production plants • Experience in food production or a comparable production environment is an advantage • Independent, careful, and reliable way of working • High awareness of quality and hygiene • Experience in handling pallet trucks; forklift license is an advantage • Good German skills in speaking and writing • Willingness to work in 2-shift operation with reduced shifts every second Saturday What distinguishes us in Bischofszell? • Training and further education opportunities • 20% discount on REKA Checks • Free company parking • Various awards (Safety/Quality/Saving(Idea 499)) • Discount in the employee shop • Top CC card • Possibility of buying holidays for max. 10 days per year • Deduction for daily sickness benefit insurance is 100% borne by Naturex • SUVA top up insurance • Participation in Halbtax • Fitness subscription participation
