La Fondation Saphir, multi-mission and multi-site foundation Community Health Care Assistant (F/M/D) Permanent Position between 80% and 100% - EPSM La Fondation Saphir, a multi-mission and multi-site foundation (psychogeriatrics, geriatrics, adult psychiatry), is active in the medico-social field in the canton of Vaud and in the reception and support of persons whose physical and mental integrity is fragile during their life process. To complete our care team, we are looking for our establishments in Corcelles-sur-Chavornay and Hermenches, which welcome 18 and 15 Persons and which specialize in the field of adult psychiatry, for the following profile: Community Health Care Assistant (F/M/D) Permanent Position between 80% and 100% - EPSM Regardless of their function, the professionals of La Fondation Saphir have a common goal: to accompany Persons on a daily basis to allow them to concretely experience the institutional service strategy "like at home". That is to say, to maintain their habits as much as possible, to offer a response adapted to their wishes and, through real interprofessional collaboration, to enable the well-being and happiness of the Persons. As a community health and care assistant, you will be required to supervise and accompany Persons in daily life and will take part in their support as a whole by evaluating their physical, psychic, social and spiritual needs. You will participate in the development of support projects and will perform medico-delegated acts under the delegation of the registered nurse and will know how to prioritize interprofessional collaboration. In addition, you will participate in the supervision of new professionals, apprentices and trainees of the support service. YOUR BACKGROUND - YOUR QUALITIES AND SKILLS You have a CFC as a community health and care assistant or a training deemed equivalent Category B driver's license You possess experience or a marked interest in supporting Persons presenting psychic disorders. You work in an organized manner and in collaboration. Empathy, listening and respect for the person are among your primary qualities. You demonstrate autonomy, flexibility and a good capacity for adaptation. Team spirit, communication and self-reflection are among your assets. You are committed to contributing to the well-being of Persons through respectful and individualized support.
