Close to the action: Active participation in the daily operations of the laundry with the daily processing of around 600 kg of laundry. Promoting and developing people: Leading, accompanying, and supporting employees and trainees. Passing on knowledge: Conducting training sessions and practical instructions. Industry knowledge as a plus: Experience in Textile Services, a professional laundry, or a similar environment is an advantage. Nurturing talent with commitment: Experience in accompanying and training trainees; vocational training qualification is an advantage.
