The Fondation Centre ASI has been committed for over 60 years to the professional and social integration of people with health impairments. It offers a wide range of services, particularly in the field of professional rehabilitation. In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for a Specialist / Job Coach in professional integration 60-100% Start date immediately or by arrangement Your area of activity: • You manage files during the professional integration process, notably by conducting case discussions, defining objectives, and ensuring regular monitoring of participants' development • You analyze resources and train the skills of the participants • You support participants in their application process, accompany them during the transition to the ordinary labor market, and ensure the stability of their employment relationships • You are in close exchange with the mandating services and ensure reporting • You develop and maintain the network with employers in the ordinary labor market Your profile: • You hold a CAS as a Specialist in professional integration or possess an equivalent level of education • You have at least 3 years of experience as a specialist in professional integration or in managing professional reintegration files • You demonstrate a great sense of contact and excellent communication skills, while enjoying administrative tasks and teamwork • You have a sense of organization and work autonomously • You have a very good command of French, oral and written (C2); notions of German are an asset • Category B driving license We offer you: • A varied position, offering great autonomy in work organization • A dynamic, collaborative, and benevolent working environment • Possibilities for continuous training and professional development • Employment conditions in accordance with cantonal criteria and very good social benefits Have we aroused your interest?
