Around 50 committed employees work every day to provide our customers with excellent service and to be successful as a team. As a committed personality with foresight, you are the operational and organizational support for the Regional Manager and an important sparring partner in daily business. From preparation to follow-up of regional management and team meetings, you take on a central role: You structure information, coordinate topics and ensure that decisions and measures are consistently followed up. The support of our apprentices is close to your heart. With your open manner, you support them during their training period, promote their development and are an important contact person within the region. Whether staff event, customer event or regional event: You take responsibility for the organization, bring creativity and, together with internal and external partners, ensure a professional appearance. What you bring with you A commercial basic education in a banking environment as well as several years of experience in an assistant, executive support or comparable function within a bank form your basis. With your networked thinking and your initiative, you are more than organizational support: You recognize connections, think ahead, participate actively and drive topics forward independently. You have very good MS-Office knowledge, ideally Avaloq experience, as well as stylistically confident German skills in spoken and written form.
