In this key role, you assume the strategic and operational overall responsibility of our alarm center located in Zurich as Manager: Alarm Center and Operations (80%-100%) YOUR MISSION WITH US You lead the alarm center and technical connections (around 50 people in shift work) and develop your department in a strategic and operational manner You ensure stable, efficient and high-quality operation 24/7 and are responsible for compliance with all regulatory and quality standards related to security You guarantee the technical commissioning of new customers within deadlines as well as the efficient processing of migrations, device and site changes You develop your employees in a targeted manner and promote an open culture of feedback, learning and responsibility You derive clear objectives and measures for your department from the company strategy and implement them effectively You are responsible for the continuous optimization of processes, interfaces and procedures (in particular in collaboration with the Market and Customers department) and lead cross-functional projects You analyze key performance indicators (KPI) and derive targeted measures to improve performance You actively drive the digitization and development of your department (systems, work tools, automation) You are the central contact person for internal and external stakeholders and the thought partner of the management for strategic decisions in alarm management WHAT WE OFFER A key responsible role with direct influence on the operational heart of our company A large scope of action in a security-critical and meaningful environment A dynamic working environment with exciting challenges in 24/7 operation and regular exchanges with our Lausanne site
