Management Assistant \- Wealth Management FR/EN Our client is an independent wealth manager based in Genève, recognized for its personalized approach and its support of an active and international private clientele. Missions Main missions Ensure the daily administrative support of the wealth managers. Prepare and follow up on client documentation, notably account openings and KYC updates. Manage correspondence with clients, custodian banks, and counterparties. Organize appointments, meetings, and travel for the managers. Ensure the follow-up of administrative files and ensure the quality of client data. Participate in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents intended for the clientele. Provide support to the team within the framework of compliance and internal control processes. Contribute to the smooth running of the office and the coordination of administrative tasks. Candidate profile Commercial, administrative training or equivalent. Previous experience in a similar function within a private bank, a multi-family office, or a wealth manager in Switzerland. Good knowledge of the wealth management environment and KYC processes. Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Sense of organization, discretion, rigor, and excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a human-sized environment.
