Swiss Sepsis Programm / Duration 30 months Your tasks • You support the establishment and further development of a national sepsis data platform as a basis for quality improvement, benchmarking and research. • You coordinate the collection, harmonization and quality assurance of data from partner institutions and work closely with clinical experts, data managers, ICT teams as well as national organizations and stakeholders in the fields of care, quality assurance, research and public health. • You contribute to the further development of concepts and processes for the evaluation of the Swiss Sepsis Programm and support their implementation. • You participate in the development of a sustainable evaluation strategy for quality improvement measures in the field of sepsis. • You support the definition and further development of documentation standards, data specifications and data flows for the national register. • The analysis of process, outcome and health economic key figures are also part of your tasks and you prepare these for different stakeholder groups. • You create regular evaluations, reports, dashboards and benchmarking analyses to evaluate the program impact. • You support the medical and operational program management in monitoring, reporting and scientific evaluations. Your profile • Completed university degree (Master or comparable degree) in Public Health, Epidemiology, Health Sciences, Health Economics, Medical Informatics, Data Science, Biostatistics or a related field • Professional experience in the analysis, interpretation and preparation of health data, ideally in the field of quality management, epidemiology, health services research or clinical research • Experience in handling large datasets, databases and data quality processes • Good knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis as well as experience with corresponding software solutions (e.g. R, Python, STATA, or comparable tools) • Experience with SQL, REDCap, Power BI or similar data and reporting platforms is an advantage • Interest in quality improvement in healthcare, health services research, register development and implementation science • Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working as well as strong analytical skills • High communication and teamwork skills as well as enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation • Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form; French skills are an advantage Your salary ## Your gross salary at a 100% workload is expected to be between 94,000 and 114,000 Franken per year. The exact level of salary depends on your education and professional experience. In the course of the selection process, we will determine your salary based on our salary guidelines. Applicants who do not yet have the required knowledge or experience may also be classified below the salary range in individual cases. For irregular working hours, allowances are provided in many cases. Further salary development depends on your performance and the financial possibilities of the Eleonorenstiftung.
