The Tschuggen Grand Hotel in Arosa is a 5-star superior luxury hotel located at 1,800m altitude in the Grisons mountains. As one of the four houses of "The Tschuggen Collection", our hotel offers 128 individually designed rooms, suites and mountain lofts, as well as four stylish restaurants - including the gourmet highlight La Brezza with 19 Gault Millau points & two Michelin stars - and an impressive 5,000 m² spa mountain oasis, designed by Mario Botta.

? YOUR PROFILE

Experience in the same or a comparable position is an advantage

Professional experience in 5-star hotels desired

Completed apprenticeship in hospitality is an advantage

Fluent German and English skills are required, any additional language is an advantage

Team player, responsible and flexible

Well-groomed appearance and professional manners

Empathetic and discreet personality as well as service-oriented demeanour

? YOUR TASKS

Welcoming our international guests and coordinating luggage and parking service

Advising on excursion possibilities/ski areas/restaurants

Organising transfers as well as ticket and restaurant reservations

Answering telephone calls and emails

Sales of hotel services and fulfilling special requests of our guests as well as relieving the night shift
