To complete our teams, we are looking for our locations in Bern and Biel Senior Psychologists (60-100%) TASKS Professional management of a functional unit Leadership of a team of psychologists Ensuring the professional training of psychologists in training Own case management in outpatient psychotherapeutic activity (incl. consultative involvement of the responsible psychiatrist) Implementation of targeted group therapies Collaboration in a multidisciplinary team YOUR PROFILE Completed further training as a federally recognized psychotherapist Federally recognized specialist title for longer than 3 years (50%) Ability to combine working independently with an interest in binding teamwork Language skills: Any language that is in addition to German and/or Swiss German is an advantage (further language skills, especially ösisch are very welcome) Interest in building/co-shaping a comprehensive treatment program Leadership experience is desired REQUIRED DOCUMENTS CV with motivation letter Diplomas, work certificates, etc. MULTIDISCIPLINARY TEAM Psychiatrists, psychologists, neuropsychologists, specialized nurses, social workers.
