Team Manager Santé (m/w/d) Work location: Chur Workload: 80-100% Start of work: immediately or by agreement Department: Cleaning Your tasks Operational co-responsibility for a mandate in the healthcare sector (qualitatively, financially and personally) Leadership, promotion and continuous development of the cleaning team of around 100 employees with the support of other team managers and object management Maintenance of constant customer contact and point of contact for technical questions Co-responsibility and ensuring the quality, hygiene and preservation of the buildings and premises Carrying out quality checks as well as coaching and supporting employees Interdisciplinary collaboration with other departments Planning, organization, coordination, monitoring and optimization of all work processes (training) Ensuring the agreed-upon district times Recruitment of new workers together with object management Disposition of material, machine and equipment orders Administrative tasks Work can be done from Monday to Sunday, working hours can be flexible between 06:00 and 23:00 Your profile Completed training/education in the field of household management, hotel management, building cleaning or facility management is an advantage Technical expertise in the field of cleaning and/or building maintenance Professional experience in the healthcare sector and/or hotel management/household management is an advantage Human, leadership-strong personality with a pronounced sense of organization and coordination Leadership experience and hands-on mentality Structured and solution-oriented way of working Open personality and high communication skills Good MS Office user skills About us At Vebego AG, more than 6'000 employees make our customers' lives easier every day and ensure that their buildings are always in top condition.
