Mobile After-Sales Service Technician (M/F) Vending Service SA, a family business active since 1991, is a recognized player in Switzerland in coffee and snack catering solutions. As part of the development of our activities in French-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for a: Mobile After-Sales Service Technician (M/F) sector: VD / VS ideal residence: Versoix / Lausanne start date: to be agreed After internal training at our headquarters in Fulenbach, you will autonomously ensure the maintenance and follow-up of a fleet of vending machines (hot drinks, snacks, payment systems). Your main responsibilities: Diagnosis and troubleshooting (electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic) Preventive and corrective maintenance Intervention on payment systems (cash / cashless / MDB) Installation, commissioning and removal of machines First-level interventions on refrigeration systems Autonomous management of routes and priorities Customer follow-up and representation of the company in the field Your profile Technical training (CFC or equivalent), with good knowledge of French (German = asset). Experience in mobile after-sales service (ideally vending or similar) Good basics in electricity, electronics, mechanics and hydraulics Autonomous diagnosis and ability to adapt Knowledge of payment systems = asset Multi-brand experience (FAS, Franke, Vendo, Jura…) = advantage Autonomous management of a fleet Rigor, sense of priorities Comfortable with Word, Outlook, Excel (simple reporting) Sense of service and excellent customer contact Professional and smiling attitude in the field Driving license B indispensable You like field work, customer contact and work autonomously, with method and efficiency, even under pressure.
