Specialist Claims Service (m/f/d) Immediately or by arrangement, we are looking for our Zurich branch: Your main tasks Data-based evaluations, creating reports for customers and brokers (Reporting / Data Management) Reconciliation of claims data as part of monthly closings with internal departments such as accounting and actuarial for complex, international insurance programs Support of the claims team in administrative and operational activities, such as recording claim cases, payments, reserve bookings, checking bookings, processing settlements (bordereau) Coordination with Underwriting (ensuring correct policy data in the system) Communication with external partners (customers, brokers, co-insurers, reinsurers, captives) Exchange with the international network of HDI Global Participation in the further development of processes, tools and IT solutions What you bring Several years of experience in the insurance sector, claims experience in the international field You enjoy working with numbers and have very good Excel skills You are characterized by pronounced curiosity as well as a high willingness to learn and want to understand connections You have a pragmatic approach and also take on administrative tasks as a matter of course You bring an affinity for processes, tools and IT, such as claims systems, SAP Business Objects, Power BI, Excel and Copilot You are a team player and enjoy cooperation and exchange You work reliably, solution-oriented and adapt your working style flexibly to the respective requirements You possess strong communication skills and appear confident even when in contact with international stakeholders (fluent English) Learn more! jpide88fdf6jm jit0832jm jiy26jm
