Bern (and home office) | 60-80% (job sharing possible) This contribution you can make • Competently represent the Head of Information Management in their absence • Independently process technical and administrative tasks as well as create evaluations, reports and documentation and support the organizational units in the application of processes and instruments • Create reports, statistics, presentations and graphical evaluations • Manage and control business documentation and information storage • Manage overviews, appointment and task lists, as well as management instruments • Support the planning, organization and implementation of training and qualification measures <br /> What makes you unique • Completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification • Ideally SVEB certificate trainer -- conduct of learning events (SVEB 1) • Careful, structured and reliable way of working • Quickly grasp connections, think in networks and contribute with a strong team spirit • Very good IT user knowledge in MS Office products, experience with SAP (FI/CO/AA) as well as practice in the project office and in the planning, communication and coordination of ICT and financial transactions • Oral and written knowledge of a second official language <br /> In a nutshell You ensure clarity and smooth processes with a careful and structured way of working.
