Your Tasks ## • Ensuring optimal procurement and scheduling of purchase parts for production and spare parts supply • Material scheduling and order processing using SAP • Control and monitoring of delivery dates and prices including troubleshooting • Organization of logistical requirements, freight forwarders, and customs • Participation in price negotiations as well as involvement in supplier evaluations   • Creation and renewal of framework agreements in coordination with strategic purchasing • Coordination of quality deviations and complaints with suppliers (8D reports) • Personal, telephone, and written contact with suppliers and logistics service providers domestically and abroad   • Administrative tasks such as master data maintenance, invoice control, etc. • Participation in purchasing projects • Support in procurement matters for internal stakeholders  Your Profile ## • Commercial and/or technical basic training, ideally with further training as an Einkaufsfachmann / -frau (Purchasing Specialist) • At least three years of professional experience in operational purchasing in a manufacturing company • Fluent German and English skills in speaking and writing • IT affinity, ideally user knowledge in SAP (S/4HANA) and MS Office • Communicative personality with a precise, independent, and reliable way of working • Good process understanding and networked thinking • Cool head in hectic situations What we offer ## • 40-hour week • Flexible working hours • Home office possibility • Good accessibility from the station and highway • Free parking spaces • At least 5 weeks of vacation • Staff restaurant • Free coffee beverages from espresso to latte macchiato A world full of possibilities - for our employees and perhaps also for you? ## Alpin Altintarla, HR Manager, looks forward to the first contact with you.
