Preventive & Predictive Maintenance Team Leader (m/f/d)

What you do • Supervision, coaching, and skill development of a team of 3 mechanics • Steering maintenance plans in order to increase the availability of installations and reduce unplanned shutdowns • Development and improvement of preventive and predictive maintenance strategies • Operation and evolution of online monitoring systems • Participation in the integration and optimization of robotic solutions • Analysis of critical failures and implementation of sustainable actions • Close collaboration with production, engineering, and external partners What you bring • Basic technical training (CFC) completed by a higher vocational training diploma (BF/DF/ES) desired • 3 to 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance • First experience in supervision or desire to evolve towards a leadership role • Experience in preventive / predictive maintenance • Interest in digitalization, sensors, and data analysis • Knowledge of CMMS (SAP PM an asset) • Structured, solution-oriented approach and team spirit • French native language, with experience in technical German desired What we offer • A position with responsibilities and autonomy • A modern technical environment (robotics & monitoring already in place) • The possibility to develop predictive maintenance • Opportunities for continuous training • Evolution prospects Why Vigier Ciments? • At Vigier Ciments, we combine industrial tradition and innovation. • Our maintenance already integrates advanced digital tools – you will actively contribute to the next step.
