• 21 July 2026 • 100% • Indefinite duration • Murten Murten, Switzerland RF Design Engineer (m/f/d) As an RF Design Engineer, you will play a key role in the development of the next generation of wireless technologies that power our innovative hearing solutions. Working within our Electronic Systems & RF team, you will contribute to the development of wireless communication systems - from initial concept development to successful product integration and certification. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to transform innovative RF concepts into high-performance products. More about the position • Define technical specifications for RF functions, including RF circuits and antenna systems • Design, develop, and optimize PCB antennas and RF circuits from concept to product integration • Create verification strategies, develop test plans, and perform verification of RF solutions to ensure performance and reliability • Perform RF simulations and evaluate the performance of antennas and transceivers using state-of-the-art simulation tools • Support the design, development, and verification of next-generation wireless communication platforms • Lead RF compliance activities, ensuring product compliance with regulatory standards • Manage and support RF certification activities by coordinating with external test laboratories and ensuring successful product qualification • Collaborate with internal and external partners on technology assessments, feasibility studies, innovation initiatives, and future development of wireless platforms More about you • Master's in electronics, electrical engineering, telecommunications, or a related discipline • Proven experience in RF design in an R&D environment, including antenna design, RF measurements, and wireless system development • Strong expertise in RF simulation tools such as ADS and CST Studio Suite • Hands-on experience with RF laboratory equipment, including vector network analyzers (VNA), spectrum analyzers, and antenna measurement systems • Experience in analog electronic circuit design and PCB-based RF solutions • Familiarity with wireless communication technologies such as Bluetooth, ISM (2,4 GHz), and low-power wireless systems • Knowledge of MATLAB and Altium Designer is an asset • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and solution-oriented approach • Written and oral proficiency in English; German or French would be a plus More about what we offer As one of the leading global hearing care providers based in Switzerland, we are committed to building an inclusive culture.
