August 2026 or by arrangement Employment type: Permanent Reference number: 69608 As a Training Coordinator Nursing, you will take on a central role in our team, which manages the training of approximately 140 apprentices and students in various nursing areas every year. From training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ to a Dipl. Nurse HF/FH, we offer a wide spectrum of opportunities. Together with the Head of Vocational Training, the vocational trainers in the departments, and an administrator, we form a dedicated vocational training team. YOUR TASKS • Responsibility for the training of apprentices and students in the inpatient departments • Development, planning, design, and evaluation of learning units in theory and practice • Implementation of learning days in the inpatient departments in 1:1 accompaniment • Organization of qualification steps and final examinations as well as activity as a practice expert at secondary level II and tertiary level • Coaching the vocational trainers in the inpatient departments and conducting internal continuing education • Execution of educational marketing measures / participation in meetings of educational institutions / execution of education-related and interdisciplinary projects <br /> YOUR PROFILE • Training as a Dipl. Nurse HF/FH or equivalent • Preferably Federal Diploma of Specialization as a Trainer or willingness to complete it • At least two years of professional experience in an acute care hospital as well as knowledge of the educational system, educational laws, and regulations • Experience as a vocational trainer in a nursing department as well as teaching small groups • You possess high social and self-competence and bring experience in conducting conversations <br /> OUR OFFER Become part of a motivated team.
