Case Manager in Arbeitsintegration und Job Coach

As a company in labor market integration, we have been committed to people seeking employment and young people in training for 50 years. Over 500 people per year use the diverse modules of coaching, education, placement, and qualification at work in the companies of Overall and the Bauteilbörse. The common goal of our interdisciplinary internal teams and the social insurance companies that commission our services is sustainable professional integration. Overall JobStart successfully accompanies young people and young adults into the working world. In our partner companies in the private sector and in the various Overall companies, young people and young adults complete an apprenticeship PrA/EBA/EFZ. The learners assigned by the IV have difficult educational prerequisites and are dependent on individual support in finding the right apprenticeship position and in the successful course of the apprenticeship. This is what your area of responsibility looks like: • Case management and accompaniment of learners during the PrA/EBA/EFZ apprenticeship • Resource-oriented individual coaching and group coaching • Organizing and conducting semester and site discussions • Reporting to the service providers • Professional clarifications (career orientation, level, and aptitude) • Acquisition of apprenticeship positions and contract negotiations with training companies • Contact with other offices involved in the integration process, such as schools, residential support, and health services; referral of learners to various specialist offices as needed • Accompaniment of clients in the modules Placement & Job Coaching, who have previously trained and updated their technical competence and personal skills in internal clarification and qualification modules • Interdisciplinary collaboration • Your activity includes to a large extent the reliable implementation of administrative and organizational tasks • Your actions and behavior are focused on the integration mandate of the service providers and are oriented towards legal, economic, and social framework conditions on the one hand, and the resources and possibilities of the clients on the other hand You bring: • a degree in Social Work (FH/HF) or a recognized training in Coaching • Experience in solution-oriented coaching of young people and young adults • Knowledge of our social insurance system, particularly about the IV • Knowledge of vocational basic training and the Swiss vocational training system • Knowledge of the labor market in terms of training, industries, professions, qualifications • Good PC user skills, stylistically correct German, and an independent way of working • Integrity, resilience, high social competence, good communication skills, and enjoyment of working with people in challenging situations An interesting and meaningful task, modern employment conditions, and a motivated and committed team await you.
