To strengthen our team in Lindau, we are looking for a committed person as Senior Development Engineer (m/f/d) Your tasks • Development and design of products or plant components from the concept phase to series maturity • Development of solution concepts taking into account functional, manufacturing, and economic requirements • Implementation of welded constructions suitable for manufacturing • Development and optimization of assemblies and their subsystems • Drafting of manufacturing documents and technical specifications • Collaboration with production, purchasing, quality assurance, and external partners • Support for prototype construction, testing, and commissioning • Documentation of requirements, development results, and tests Your profile • Engineering degree in mechanical engineering, systems technology, or a comparable field • Several years of professional experience (approximately 5 to 10 years) in product development or plant construction with a focus on sheet metal and welded construction • Knowledge of design methodology, manufacturing technology, and materials science • Solid skills in the use of 3D CAD systems (e.g., CATIA, Siemens NX, Creo, SolidWorks, Inventor, ...) • preferably familiarity with calculation and simulation programs • Good communication skills (German C2, English) • You are autonomous, goal-oriented, and convince with a thoughtful and well-structured working method • You work independently, have a confident presence, and good powers of persuasion Your perspectives • Demanding and varied development projects • A permanent position with progressive employment conditions and market-conform remuneration • Additional benefits such as a company vehicle or a contribution to public transport • Numerous opportunities for continuing education and a wide range of varied project experiences Your chance your chance of landing this position increases if you send us your complete application indicating your salary expectations and the earliest possible start date by e-mail to stuttgart@endes.de.
