Architect Tender and Execution Planning --------------------------------------------------- To strengthen a dynamic architecture team in Zürich, we are looking for an architect specializing in tender and execution planning, starting immediately or by arrangement. You will take on project responsibility for small and medium-sized projects and coordinate work in small teams -- in the office and on the construction site. You will create bills of quantities, and check tenders and working drawings precisely and with high qualitative standards. You will coordinate construction project, building application, tender, and execution plans as well as color and material concepts, and develop high-quality, technically mature details according to the current rules and standards of architecture. Your profile: • Completed architecture studies (ETH/FH) • At least 2 years of professional experience in Switzerland in a comparable function • Experience in the creation of bills of quantities and in execution planning • Knowledge of Vectorworks and Adobe programs • Proficient German in spoken and written form • Proactive, goal-oriented, and independent way of working We offer a light-filled studio in Zürich-Binz, high individual responsibility, and space for professional and personal development.
