Our 5* partner hotels in Genève are requesting us to find their future: Spa Therapist #### ### Job description ## As a Spa Therapist, you will be in charge of the warm welcome of clientele, as well as the performance of aesthetic treatments offered by the establishment: massages, facial and body treatments, manicure, pedicure, makeup... You will ensure rigorous compliance with the quality standards and procedures in force within the hotel. Possessing an excellent sense of service and listening, you will know how to identify the needs of each client in order to ensure a personalized experience. You are also proactive in the sale of treatments and products and actively contribute to the development of the spa's turnover. You will also be in charge of the welcome at the spa reception: taking care of clients, accompanying them to the cabin, presenting the premises, and responding to any specific request or need. Profile sought ## You have proven experience as a Spa Therapist, ideally acquired within a 5-star hotel establishment. Mastery of French, both spoken and written, is indispensable. A good level of English spoken is also necessary in order to be able to take care of international clientele. Possessing an excellent presentation and a sharp sense of service, you demonstrate empathy, dynamism and very good interpersonal skills. Smiling, professional, autonomous and organized, you know how to adapt quickly to different work environments.
