For our EAR labor market measure, we are looking starting from 1 December 2026 for our site in Ostermundigen for committed personalities as Psychologist MSc/MA as a professional integration specialist 60 - 100 % Diaconis manages three sectors of activity: housing and care for the elderly, palliative care, and professional integration. Our team consists of approximately 250 employees distributed across several sites in the city of Berne, Ostermundigen and Bienne. On mandate of the canton of Berne, Diaconis professional integration offers various labor market measures for the sustainable professional integration of job seekers. One of them is the EAR measure (Evaluation of resources relevant to the labor market), an assessment of the situation and potentials for German-speaking and French-speaking job seekers. It is aimed at people whose reintegration strategy is uncertain, when a need for assessment of skills relevant to the labor market exists and when the potential for integration into the labor market must be evaluated. The results constitute an important basis for subsequent professional integration. The referring body is the regional placement center (RAV). Your tasks with us #### • * You accompany and coordinate the participants throughout the entire duration of the AMM EAR measure • * You conduct intake, individual, and closing interviews • * You plan, develop, and update individual assessment programs • * You analyze resources, skills, potentials, and questions relevant to the labor market • * You reflect with the participants on the knowledge acquired and formulate recommendations for professional integration • * You professionally document the course of events and the results in the case management software • * You develop resource profiles and relevant final reports • * You work in close collaboration with the personnel advisors of the RAV and other specialists of the AMM EAR measure • What you bring #### • * You hold a master's (MSc or MA) in psychology, preferably with a specialization in applied psychology, work and organizational psychology or in a comparable psychological field • * You have excellent oral and written knowledge in German or in French.
