Spitex Foppa provides outpatient care and support for around 300 clients in its catchment area around Ilanz. The service area includes the regions Safiental, Vals, Lumnezia, Obersaxen Mundaun, Andiast/Waltensburg and the Ilanz/Glion region. The organisation ensures needs-based care and support in the clients' familiar environment and works according to the reference nursing model with the aim of promoting independence, quality of life and individual resources as best as possible. Pflegefachperson HF/FH 40 - 100% Your tasks include: Conducting needs assessments as a reference person and lead person Managing and implementing the entire nursing process Ensuring nursing quality in close cooperation with nursing experts Nursing and caring for clients at home You possess the following qualities: Completed vocational training as a certified nursing specialist Independent, responsible and organised working method High professional and social competence Knowledge of common MS-Office applications, Perigon Experience is an advantage Driver's license cat.
