As an experienced leader with a passion for technology, you take responsibility for our Smart Meter product portfolio and shape the next generation of our IoT solutions together with your team. These are your tasks You position yourself as a technical contact person and promote knowledge transfer across company boundaries You lead the Technology and Quality Assurance team - a key role with great creative freedom and direct influence on the technological future of NeoVac (12 employees, including development, training and quality management) Evaluation and introduction of new Smart Meter products Collaboration on innovative IoT and Smart Metering solutions for the energy and water world of tomorrow (HLKS, electricity meters and E-charging columns) Maintenance and fault analysis of existing products Technical interface to suppliers Technical "High-Level-Support" for internal and external stakeholders Active shaping of our holistic IoT system architecture Close interdisciplinary collaboration with the areas of software development, data analytics and IT infrastructure Maintenance and further development of our quality management system (ISO) This is what you bring Higher technical education (e.g. FH) in electrical engineering, computer science, energy technology or a comparable field Leadership experience and enjoyment of developing teams and inspiring people Experience in leading technical projects and interdisciplinary collaboration Enthusiasm for Smart Metering, IoT, digitalization and new technologies Analytical thinking and high solution orientation Distinct communication and social skills Sense of responsibility and persistence Language skills are an advantage (e.g. Austrian and/or English) This is what you can count on from us At NeoVac, we live a company culture with flat hierarchies, which enables quick and short decision-making processes.
