Buyer – Public Procurement (100%) – Position Buyer – Public Procurement (100%) – Permanent Position Buyer – Public Procurement (100%) – Permanent Position For one of our clients based in the canton of Genève, we are looking for a Buyer – Public Procurement for a permanent position at 100%. Missions Lead and manage public procurement procedures in compliance with current legislation. Prepare, draft, and publish calls for tenders. Ensure complete follow-up of acquisition procedures, from needs analysis to the awarding of contracts. Support the different departments in defining their needs and in the preparation of specifications. Guarantee the compliance of procedures with applicable regulations, notably AIMP and AMP. Analyze received offers and participate in their evaluation according to the defined criteria. Ensure regulatory monitoring and advise stakeholders on best practices regarding public procurement. Participate in the continuous improvement of purchasing processes and cost optimization. Profile Higher education in purchasing, public administration, law, economics, or a field deemed equivalent. 3 to 5 years of professional experience in a similar function. Excellent mastery of the regulations and best practices in force in the Genevan territory, particularly regarding public procurement (AIMP and AMP). Proven experience in managing call for tender procedures. Knowledge of the construction and building sector, an appreciated asset. Excellent analytical, writing, and negotiation skills.
