• 30 June 2026 • 100% • Indefinite duration • Gwatt (Thun) Your challenge • Create and develop the company's management controlling as a central management instrument • Participate in the preparation of the budget, forecasts and medium-term plans • Analyze commercial results, key indicators and market developments as well as formulate recommendations for action • Prepare management reports, dashboards and ad hoc analyses for the management and the board of directors • Be a business partner for executives on financial and economic issues • Develop and digitalize reporting and management controlling processes • Ensure clear and relevant cost accounting • Perform forecasting and cost calculation for the product portfolio as well as ensure periodic price calculation in the ERP • Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at optimizing processes and systems • Support the finance team in daily operations if necessary Your profile • Degree in business administration with a specialization in management controlling, finance or equivalent training • Several years of experience in management controlling, ideally in an industrial production company • Very good knowledge of cost accounting, cost calculation and business management • Strong IT affinity as well as experience with ERP systems, Excel and BI or reporting tools • Analytical, structured and autonomous way of working • Taste for questioning processes and improving them continuously • Communicative personality with a convincing presence and a keen sense of service • Very good knowledge of German as well as good knowledge of English Our offer • A responsible key position with a high degree of autonomy • Exciting tasks in direct collaboration with management and executives • The possibility to actively develop management controlling processes and digital tools • A motivated team with short decision-making processes in an innovative Swiss company in the solar sector Ready to shape the energy transition with us?
