We offer you, starting immediately or by arrangement, with a flexibly selectable workload from 60 - 80% an exciting activity as Research Associate / Research Associate - Project Management in Healthcare If you also want to make a difference in people's lives, these are your tasks: • Planning and conception: Supporting project management in the planning, coordination, and implementation of projects as well as the creation of strategic concepts and decision-making bases • Organization as well as content-related preparation and follow-up of meetings, workshops, and events with representatives from medicine, nursing, and administration • Collection, analysis, and visualization of data as well as creation of reports and further decision-making bases • Analyzing existing hospital processes and structures as well as developing target processes and supporting the optimization of workflows • Coordination of appointments, deadlines, and pending items as well as ensuring an efficient flow of information • Accompanying change processes and creating communication documents for all stakeholder groups Become part of our Department of Emergency and Acute Medicine at Spital Zollikerberg and also contribute to projects for the staff of the hospital management. The Department of Emergency and Acute Medicine combines the areas of Internal Medicine, Surgery, the emergency station, and other departments. The Clinic for Internal Medicine cares for over 2'500 inpatient patients annually, the Clinic for Surgery cares for over 1'500 inpatient patients. With more than 6'000 emergency consultations and over 450 patients treated in the interdisciplinary intensive care unit, we offer a varied and demanding working environment with a broad internal medicine spectrum.
