Laboratory Technician

On exclusive assignment for our client, a leading company in the mechanical engineering industry based in the Winterthur area, we are looking for an immediate or by arrangement Laboratory Technician # In this versatile role, you are among others co-responsible for organization (procurement, optimizing workflows, process and product development, etc.) in the laboratory. You produce pastes, suspensions, etc. and carry out the preparation of raw materials. Furthermore, you perform analyses and document them. You are also active in the process for new developments from the idea to the «scale-up». Thanks to your expertise, you continuously optimize workflows and thus help to further increase process efficiency. The close cooperation with various internal departments (e.g., production, engineering, etc.) makes your activity additionally exciting and varied. Our client offers you a varied task in a friendly, collegial team with a lot of individual responsibility, attractive employment conditions, as well as interesting internal development opportunities. To be successful in this responsible position, you bring a completed education (e.g., Laboratory Technician EFZ (Paint & Lacquer), Chemical Technologist EFZ, etc.) as well as existing practical work experience. You possess the organizational talent to be able to handle different tasks in the laboratory in parallel and communicate stylishly in German as well as well in English; further language skills (French, etc.) are an advantage. In addition, you bring good MS Office knowledge as well as experience in dealing with ERP systems (SAP, Pro Alpha, Navision).
