Today, we are looking for our Marketing Project Manager - Web Writer Position Details ### • Full time (100%) • CDI • Targeted start: asap • Location: Lausanne (Switzerland) • 40 minutes from Geneva (airport), 3h40 from Paris (TGV) Expected Profile ### • You love to sell, convince, and above all have a positive impact • At least 2 years of experience in an equivalent position • French native language, fluent English • Autonomous, resourceful - you love challenges • Enthusiastic, autonomous, curious, flexible, rigorous • Taste for writing work (important component for this position) • Previous experience in digital marketing a plus • Higher education: Grande école de commerce, political science or university equivalent • An open-mindedness toward natural health Responsibilities ### The marketing project manager - web writer will have the following main missions: • Conversion: develop sales through digital campaigns, by proposing new marketing ideas (content writing, concept, offers, sales journeys, email encoding, creation of order forms, online page publishing, performance monitoring) and through the practice of copywriting • Marketing strategy: create and implement marketing action plans for your range and 6-month sales forecasts • Editorial: Also participate in writing briefs, newsletters, online advertising messages, and in the production of special edition dossiers and ebooks • Reporting: ensure the reporting of your activity, monitor KPIs, identify levers for improvement • Competitive intelligence: identify the best practices of the competition and draw inspiration from them for your marketing campaigns • Project management: Work with the different teams (marketing, innovation, editorial, IT and customer service) while respecting priorities and timings Benefits ### • Dynamic and creative startup spirit environment • Strong resources made available to accelerate growth • Possibility of teleworking 2 days per week (Tuesday and Friday) after the trial period • Enriching, stimulating work and the possibility to develop new skills • Ideally located premises in the city center • Quality of life: about ten ski resorts accessible in winter, 25° lake and mountains in summer
