We are looking for, immediately or by arrangement, a Night Watch Healthcare Assistant FaGe (20 % – 40%) Your tasks: You take over the care and support of our residents during the night You ensure safety, orientation and well-being You act calmly and responsibly in demanding situations You recognize changes early and initiate the necessary measures You document your work digitally and without gaps Your profile: Completed training as Fachfrau/Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ Ideally experience in long-term care Independent, structured and reliable way of working Calmness, sense of responsibility and resilience Empathy and joy in dealing with elderly people.
