Inside Sales Administrator (m/f)

Inside Sales Administrator (m/f) 80-100% In this versatile role, you are responsible for the complete order processing and sales support, from the initial offer to the final order release. Your main tasks include: • You take over the professional support of a defined sales territory in the inside sales department. • You receive customer inquiries and requirements and forward them to Design and AVOR for processing in a timely and practical manner. • You calculate articles as well as assemblies, create offers, and actively follow up on these in close consultation with the field service. • You accompany initial orders in cooperation with AVOR and consistently monitor the entire order processing in terms of quality, quantity, price, and deadlines. • You purchase order-related external services as well as commercial goods in a cost-conscious manner. You also actively participate in price formation (according to product and customer groups) within the scope of your competencies and guidelines. • You independently organize your deputy in your own area, actively promote teamwork, and contribute to the development of the product portfolio. Qualifications What you bring with you: • A successfully completed commercial vocational training • Sound professional experience in sales or in customer service/inside sales • A strong technical understanding paired with holistic, networked thinking. • Good language skills in German and English, French skills are a plus • You are characterized by high social competence, strong communication skills, and always acting in a solution- and customer-oriented manner.
