Specialist in Care (FaBeK) 80% The company Kindertagesstätte Karussell operates a daycare center and an after-school care center (Hort) at two locations. The Kita Karussell at Wehntalerstrasse is a bilingual (German - Spanish) daycare center, with two mixed-age groups for children from the age of 3 months until starting kindergarten. The Hort at Bahnhofstrasse has two mixed-age groups for all school-age children from kindergarten until the end of primary school. Your profile: Ideal candidates have completed training as FaBeK, KKE (or equivalent training with a recognized diploma for Switzerland) High motivation, initiative and team orientation Accustomed to planning and working independently Warm-hearted, sensitive, patient and respectful interaction with children Good German skills in speaking and writing Your tasks: Responsible care of the children through the establishment of relationships, rituals and a development-friendly environment Child-friendly care, grooming and support of the children in our daily structure Education and promotion of the physical, mental and emotional development of the children through targeted pedagogical work concepts Constructive cooperation in the team Competent and conscious cooperation with the parents Co-designing events We offer: An open, approachable team and professional cooperation Varied and exciting activities with development potential A demanding task where you can contribute your knowledge and skills Scope for your own ideas and designs Further training opportunities Centrally located workplace easily accessible by public transport Modern and attractive employment conditions Applications can only be considered with a recognized qualification.
