The BiWo Langnau accompanies and cares for 20 adult people with mental disabilities in the areas of living and daily structure. We are looking for you as a Dipl. Care Specialist with a focus on Psychiatry/ Social Pedagogue with psychiatry experience 60%-70% ## Your profile:  ### • Completed training/ studies • Professional experience in dealing with people with a mental disability • High social competence, method competence, ability to solution-oriented thinking and networked thinking and acting, humor, assertiveness as well as good mental and physical resilience • Appreciative and resource-oriented basic attitude, team ability  • Willingness to work irregular hours and weekend shifts, PW driver's license, PC user knowledge Your tasks ### You are responsible for the resource-oriented care and accompaniment of our clients. You actively help to organize the daily life of the residents and enrich it with daily structuring activities (kitchen, garden, workshop), leisure activities and educational activities. You take over the accompaniment and reference person work  for three to four clients and create  the development planning together.
