With your work, you will redesign central logistics processes from the ground up and ensure that state-of-the-art automation works seamlessly in everyday hospital life. You will play a decisive role in making processes more efficient, safer, and future-proof - and thereby make a direct contribution to the best possible patient care at USZ. Our over 8'600 employees and around 700 trainees are committed every day to the well-being of our patients. ### Your tasks • Management of SCM projects within the framework of the hospital new building MITTE1|2 • Planning, implementation and commissioning of automated logistics processes and systems • Integration of the systems into operative hospital operations - in particular in medication logistics • Management of project goals, budgets and milestones with internal and external stakeholders • Leadership of interdisciplinary project groups as well as cooperation with planners, suppliers and specialist departments Your profile • Higher education in SCM, logistics, engineering or comparable (FH, HF or higher) • Several years of project experience in automated logistics or production environments • Experience in complex system landscapes with multiple interfaces and stakeholders • Structured, independent way of working - also in demanding project phases • Technical understanding of automation solutions; IT affinity (ERP/WMS) and MS-Office skills • Experience in healthcare is an advantage • Very good German skills in speaking and writing Our benefits We look forward to your application Marie-Louise Fader Recruiting About the USZ The Universitätsspital Zürich is one of the largest hospitals in Switzerland.
