As a Maintenance Planner, you will contribute significantly to ensuring that our production lines are always in the best condition and that our technician team has all the necessary prerequisites to carry out their work according to the highest standards. With curiosity, responsibility, and team spirit, you will strengthen the team and take on the following exciting tasks: A day in the life of a Maintenance Planner: In (AMM Planner) Needs-based design, optimization, and maintenance of the AMM maintenance environment in SAP Ongoing planning of material, time, and personnel for the implementation of maintenance and optimization work on our filling and packaging lines Team spirit: Ensuring internal and cross-departmental communication for successful cooperation Procurement of material and spare parts for maintenance and optimization work Continuously keep technical expertise and process knowledge up to date Maintenance and administration of technical documentation (plant documentation, certificates, test protocols) Training and coaching of internal team technicians within the area of responsibility Making an active contribution to the safety culture to ensure the well-being of everyone What makes you successful Interest and enjoyment in technical processes and their implementation, even as a career entrant: In Completed basic technical training, possibly with further training HF or in the field of maintenance Professional experience in the maintenance and servicing of production plants in the food, chemical, or pharmaceutical industry is an advantage Analytical skills, proactive, resilient, and solution-oriented A team player, flexible, proactive, and open-minded personality Good MS-Office and SAP knowledge (AMM an advantage) Very good oral and written German skills, sound English skills are an advantage Enjoyment of a future-oriented design of the end packaging of the Fabrik Konolfingen We at Nestlé want to contribute to shaping a better and healthier world, to inspire people towards a healthier life and to work at a scale and pace that makes a difference.
