Together, we work to promote our attractiveness, strengthen our quality of life and preserve our values.* The Municipality of Saint-Prex is advertising the following position within the buildings service: Concierge at 100% ## Your mission Reporting to the head of school buildings, you ensure the operation and maintenance of school buildings. This is a versatile, autonomous, and field-based role. Your main tasks • Ensure proper CVSE functioning • Carry out light maintenance work (e.g. changing locks, small repairs) • Actively participate in cleaning work • Participate in deep, intermediate and special cleanings • Participate in inventory as well as in the preparation of requests for quotations • Manage the stocks of products, materials and machines of the sector, and ensure their maintenance as well as their availability • Provide concierge on-call services (approximately 1 week out of 5, according to the schedule) • Be willing to occasionally perform other tasks outside the job description Your profile • Proven experience as a concierge and particularly in the maintenance of school buildings • Good mastery of cleaning techniques • CVSE knowledge • Knowledge in the technical field of swimming pools (an asset) • Mastery of office software (Excel, Word, Outlook - an asset) • Good physical condition • Driving license B • Sense of public service responsibility and professional conscience • Ability to work autonomously • Able to work sometimes irregular working hours • Good knowledge of spoken and written French we offer • An open-ended public law contract within a dynamic team • A pleasant working environment • An attractive LPP plan • 3 additional days of leave for the end-of-year bridge Start date: 1st November 2026 or to be agreed Further information can be obtained from Mr. Melchiorre, head of the buildings service, at 021 823 01 01.
