Tasks ## • Management of the daily operations (pedagogy, household, general organization, administration) of a small after-school care center at Schule Aussersihl • Care of children aged 4 to 6 years in the lunchtime and evening after-school care • Responsibility for the care of children with special needs and special needs children in close cooperation with the management team, SSA, HP, and teachers • Appropriate parental work • Participation in the cross-group care offering during school holidays • Participation in school events and in school working groups • Working days Mo, Tu, Th, Fr Profile ## • Motivated, open, resilient personality with a positive view of humanity • Independent and self-organized working • Flexibility as well as very good teamwork and communication skills • Resilience and high flexibility in cooperation • Solution-oriented basic attitude in daily work • Interest and willingness to participate in a changing supplementary school care environment • Degree as a Social Pedagogue FH or HFS; Social Worker FH or HFS; After-school care manager; Kindergarten teacher; Primary school teacher (CH); University degree with a major in Social Pedagogy, Pedagogy, or Educational Sciences; Childcare specialist or Childhood Pedagogue HF.
