For the Lausanne area, we are looking for a flexible and independently working personality as Merchandiser with Team Leader function (40 %) for international beauty & cosmetic brands Your tasks: Supervision of your own points of sale including attractive product presentation, replenishing and maintaining brand displays Implementation of layouts and assortment changes Completion of administrative tasks such as visit reports and deployment plans Technical support of the team of approx. 10 merchandisers in French-speaking Switzerland Training of new employees Ensuring quality standards What you bring with you: You live in the Lausanne region and are proficient in German and French Experience in merchandising, retail or field service Initial leadership experience or interest in leadership responsibility Independent and structured way of working You are flexible and take on holiday coverages if required Good IT skills Driver's license Cat.
