Instructional Design Project Managers - 80% to 100%

In this mission, in close partnership with the management of the various professional branches, and the managers of the HUG training and development center, you will ensure the management of a portfolio of strategic projects and the implementation of best practices in terms of instructional design, the management of institutional training projects, and training of trainers. In close collaboration with various stakeholders both internally and externally to the institution, you will lead complex and large-scale projects that enrich and optimize the HUG training offer in order to effectively meet the skill development needs of HUG staff and other target audiences within partner entities. The training systems you create are efficient and contribute to the excellence of the skills of the staff and the services of the HUG. In a highly competitive context and a shortage of certain profiles, they allow for the creation of a learning experience very favorable to the promotion of the employer brand. As a project manager, you support the training officers of the different sectors as well as the members of the Management in the redesign of the current training offer and in the creation of new innovative training pathways. You deploy collaborative approaches allowing new systems to emerge while integrating the medium and long-term needs of learners, and ensuring the operability of the various curricula. Through your interventions in the field, you facilitate the prioritization of projects and programs. You support the sector heads of the CFD and other stakeholders in the redesign and development of the various training services, whether they are training programs for specialized care staff or continuing education for all HUG staff. Thanks to your methodological expertise in project management, you provide a structure and organization that guarantees the proper functioning of the cross-functional and institutional projects entrusted to the CFD. You are responsible for the organization and the progress of the various stages, the monitoring of deadlines and deliverables, as well as the management of the human, financial, and material resources associated with each project. Your active monitoring activity allows you to capitalize on the different methodologies, educational technologies, and best practices in terms of instructional design, and you contribute to the definition and compliance with excellence standards in your field. For each instructional design project, you assume responsibility for the decisions made and the quality of the deliverables, whether the project is carried out internally directly by you or is entrusted to other people under your responsibility or to external providers. You also ensure the compliance of the project management with current best practices as well as with applicable regulations, notably the law on public procurement. With a university education, you benefit from a Master's degree and a certification in project management. You can justify more than 5 years of experience in managing complex projects in the field of training and instructional design. Experience in the field of care and/or health would be an asset. You are a person recognized for your excellent analytical, conceptualization, and engineering skills. Your methodological rigor and your creativity allow you to successfully complete the projects you lead while respecting deadlines. Possessing a sense of responsibility and commitment, you act autonomously while providing visibility and transparency regarding your working methods and achievements. Possessing excellent oral and written communication skills, you demonstrate a capacity for synthesis while providing systemic analyses, which allow mandators and stakeholders to make informed decisions. You know how to share your knowledge and support demanding stakeholders in order to promote a learning culture as well as high standards of quality in training. You are recognized for your ability to adapt to different environments and personalities without losing sight of your objective and your mandate. The fields of health and training stimulate you. This interest, combined with your intellectual curiosity, allows you to collaborate actively with the different interlocutors and to understand their needs and challenges. Thanks to your leadership, you facilitate interdisciplinary communication and provide structure to the different stakeholders and different training sectors. You are also very comfortable with the different digital tools used in training and are well familiar with the functioning of LMS-type platforms, which allows you to optimize the availability and monitoring of the training you develop.
