This is what you can achieve: Leadership and further development of the team of specialists in commercial order processing and shipping Responsibility for the target-oriented order processing process (Sales Order Processing) from order entry to shipping planning and coordination to invoicing Coordination and execution of all export and transport tasks to all countries supplied by Hamilton Bonaduz AG, including creation and maintenance of the necessary export and customs documentation Optimization and further development of the organization, processes, guidelines, and work instructions in the commercial order processing process to increase efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction Analysis and reporting of relevant performance indicators (KPIs) and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives Close cooperation with internal interfaces (sales, purchasing, production, logistics, quality, engineering) to ensure a smooth value chain Contact person for national and international customers regarding delivery status, export questions, and service requests This is what you bring: Commercial training or technical basic training with commercial further education Professional experience in international transport (import/export), foreign trade, and customs topics is an advantage Several years of leadership experience in the field of order processing, logistics, or supply chain management, ideally in an industrial or technical environment Professional handling of ERP system Microsoft D365 or SAP for order processing and Microsoft Office tools Analytical and process-oriented thinking Proactive and service-oriented personality with pleasure in customer contact Independent, goal-oriented, implementation-strong, and assertive personality Outstanding communication and team skills Negotiation-secure German and English skills (written and spoken) Files from recruitment agencies will not be considered.
