In doing so, we support our customers in internal investigations, regulatory proceedings, litigation as well as the investigation of cyber incidents. eDiscovery (Junior) Consultant (80% - 100%) As the demand for our services is continuously growing, we are looking for a motivated personality to strengthen our eDiscovery team. We are looking for both motivated career starters and experienced professionals. Ideally, you bring the following: Completed studies (Bachelor or Master) in Informatik, Computer Science, Data Science, engineering or a comparable technical field or a completed IT apprenticeship (e.g. Applikationsentwicklung or Plattformentwicklung/Systemintegration). Interest in data, digital technologies as well as complex issues. Initial experience in the field of eDiscovery is an advantage, but not a requirement. We will provide you with comprehensive training in this specialist area. Ideally initial knowledge of eDiscovery, data analysis or IT forensics solutions (e.g. Relativity, Nuix, Reveal or comparable platforms). Understanding of IT systems, operating systems (Windows, macOS and Linux) as well as the storage and processing of digital data. Interest in modern technologies, especially in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI), and the willingness to integrate new tools and methods into everyday work. Experience in creating scripts or in software development (e.g. PowerShell, JavaScript or comparable languages) is a plus, but not a requirement. Analytical thinking skills as well as enjoyment in familiarizing yourself with new technologies and subject areas. Structured, careful and independent way of working as well as perseverance and endurance, even with complex tasks. Professional appearance as well as enjoyment of contact with customers and project partners. Impeccable reputation, high integrity as well as absolute discretion. Very good German and English skills in speaking and writing. Your areas of responsibility include in particular: Support of our customers in the processing, structuring and analysis of large amounts of data within the framework of investigations, litigation and regulatory proceedings. Collaboration in the preparation and processing of digital data according to defined quality and security standards. Administration and support of modern eDiscovery platforms. Documentation of project progress as well as creation of status reports. Coordination with customers, lawyers, authorities as well as internal specialists. Support in the continuous optimization of our processes, workflows and technical solutions. Depending on experience, gradual takeover of own projects and customer responsibility.
