Attractive residential construction project with condominiums   We are a small architecture office in Basel and we process and realize demanding new construction and renovation projects. To strengthen our team, we are looking for, effective immediately or by arrangement, an Architect ETH / FH or HBZ 80%-100% In addition to a sound education and at least 5 years of professional experience, you bring personal commitment, teamwork skills, a structured and solution-oriented way of working, design and constructive understanding, and a great passion for architecture. You would like to actively help shape the future of an office. You communicate openly and undertake the coordination with clients, authorities, and specialist planners. ARCHICAD knowledge and proficiency in the German language, both spoken and written, are required. Your profile: Higher vocational qualification in architecture ETH / FH At least 5 years of execution experience in Switzerland Flawless German skills in spoken and written form Proficient in design and high constructive understanding Experience in execution planning and realization Interest in independent project management Independent, structured and strategic way of working Leadership competence, communication and teamwork skills Good knowledge in dealing with ArchiCAD Proficient handling of layout, image and all Office programs We offer you an exciting and responsible position in a family-like team.
